Why you should go camping?

Camping is an outdoor activity that includes sleeping a night or more under open sky in a tent or improvised shelter. The more luxury variant of camping, called glamping, includes tent cabin, tree house or a trailer.
Camping is one of the most healthiest outdoor activities in which we spend a lot of time in a fresh air, filling up body with oxygen to its top levels.

In addition to that camping in nature rests our eyes. It's a biological fact that human eyes have best focus on a green color shades, and looking at greenness that surrounds us keeps their strain at minimum.
